For domestic U.S. orders, estimated delivery is generally 5–10 business days after shipment.
For international orders, estimated delivery is generally 7–20 business days after shipment, depending on destination, customs clearance, carrier conditions, and local delivery services.
We may use carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, or other appropriate shipping providers.
Shipping estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates. If an order cannot be shipped within the promised timeframe, we will provide an updated shipping timeframe and applicable cancellation/refund options. Federal FTC rules generally require online sellers to ship within the stated timeframe or, when no timeframe is stated, within 30 days.
